Strawberry Patch and Arataki honey

On Saturday, I met my friends Priscilla and Sofie, at 11 am because we were all pretty tired and had a little sleep in.

The Strawberry Patch is a place where you can pick you own strawberries on the field, and maybe eat a few, the the bag is weighted and you pay a certain amount.

The berries are huge and deliscious!!

They also do wonderful homemade icecream with berries!

Then we went to Arataki honey, where you can taste and learn things about honey, especially new Zealand honey.

Pri bought a lot of gifts for her family there

You have a huge choice of products and you can try a lot of different honey sorts!

We biked around all day long, and the different places are quite far away from eachother, so we all had a sore butt, but we had fun. We then wanted to go to an second hand shop but it was closed, so we were sitting in the village. Priscilla had to ride home during more than an hour on her sore butt, what a challange!!
